It usually goes to family, yeah. But if you've got a lot of stuff - or money - and it's stuff that everyone in your family would want, a will's supposed to keep them from fighting about it.

Like if your dad died and he had a will, it would say what stuff you'd get and what stuff your brother'd get. It's like that, I think.
