[ The speed cap means he's like, half-speed. It really blows, he's so terribly frustrated. But he smacks a hand against the barrier and he's back in a minute and a half. ]

[It's not like she knows where he actually went, but the fact that he ran off at the speed he did and comes racing back the same way is pretty much enough to blow her mind.]
